I know someone suggested enabling bundles. Try disabling "Generate Bundles." I 
have had it work both ways. My entire workspace is set to not generate bundles 
and works great. However, I have found the Moo Tools examples require it to be 
checked in order to not have this problem at launch.

I intend to do what Chuck suggested, I just haven't had a chance to look into 
it.
