Hi Raymond We use BIRT Reports for PDF creation because it is easy to use and allows us to improve the graphic quality of our reports.
http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/ We use XML files as data source, so we have coded clases that generate those XML structures that feed ours reports. Hope this helps.
