We always add a 15 minutes buffer between talks.

Well, I send reminders to presenters multiple times before the event to remind 
them of sending me their slides and to install ScreenFlow before the conference.

I think the main problem is that I'm too soft (must be my French Canadian 
culture at work). That's why I was thinking someone else should take over.
