this is working fine when I create the listpage 
((D2WPage) lpi).d2wContext().takeValueForKey("AgendaInstructions", 
"headerInstructionComponentName");

So this is what I am mucking with now, and it seems to be working:

100 : pageConfiguration like '*Agenda' => headerInstructionComponentName = 
"AgendaInstructions" [Assignment]

Interesting if I used a com.webobjects.directtoweb.Assignment then it doesn't 
work. But Assignment worked.

Sometimes I hate this crapola.
