After adding the WOHost line to the Properties file inside the .woa; I now show
in the log the setting:
WOHost=localhost
it was not set to such before, yet the problem is the same.
I have Host set to <localhost> in JavaMonitor, it doesn't seem to matter if I
use the IP address or localhost.

I really thought I had the solution when I looked into the file
</Library/WebObjects/Adaptors/wo_apache_conf>
with line
WebObjectsAlias /Apps/WebObjects
But I changed <Apps> to <cgi-bin> which is what I have used to no avail.
and get:
"The requested URL /cgi-bin/WebObjects/tyf was not found" for the URL
<http://track-your-finances.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/tyf>
and same error msgs. and same error msgs. and same error msgs....<sigh>
Since the sample app Ken has shows same symptoms, it must relate to the install
layer or higher?
