Yes, you're correct. I've committed a small change into the integration brach 
to make it easy to change the value of this property during build time. Now you 
can execute the following command to include the WebObjects jars in Wonder 
application packages:

mvn clean install -Dskip.apple.frameworks=false

Usually, these apps are built to ensure no compile time problems occur after a 
change in the basic Wonder frameworks. Besides JavaMonitor and wotaskd, have 
you been using any other Wonder application?
