the WebServerResources folder in your project needs to be served by Apache

you need to create a symbolic link from (I am making up this set up) from
~/Documents/MyWorkspace/project1/WebServerResources

to /Library/WebServer/Documents

so that as the instructions state, "it is reachable by Apache"

I was able to make this work, but I want to say that over the last year, I have
asked other developers and if I were to draw a conclusion, not everyone is
doing this. It is a nice experiment to more fully understand Apache.
