Hi Paul,

I suppose you want to inspect the document and decide to allow or deny it.

Why not simply delete the created ERAttachment if required (before the 
saveChange)? Or create a dedicated EditingContext for the attachment and 
transfer it to the real EC when validated.

If you want to intercept the stream before because the content may be big and 
even stop the upload before it is completed, you will need to dig deeper. I 
don't think it is even possible with the default adaptor.
