unfortunately, there are not enough people using these frameworks.

I submitted a patche ($446) a little while ago,  as well there is a 
conversation on the list with a title "create new to-many objects in d2w"

if you add a new relation and then click the remove button the app will crash 
(pull request #316)

i am happy to see others starting to use these frameworks. they really need to
