Not so fast on this.  While the host was successfully added, and the 
application seemed to be successfully added using JavaMonitor, the app itself 
is not being served up.  I get a No instance available error.

Once strange thing I noticed is the link under Name in the JavaMonitor 
Applications tab links to a .local address.  i.e. the host I have successfully 
added is www.netbrackets.com, but the link used for the added application is 
http://netbrackets.local/cgi-bin/WebObjects/netBrackets.woa/1 instead of 
http://www.netbrackets.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/netBrackets.woa/1
