Hi Angelo,

It seems you're missing the rule for the AjaxObservingSwitch component, that 
wraps the component you specify via "customComponentName":

100 : (task = 'edit' and propertyKey = 'isPerson') => componentName = 
"AjaxObservingSwitch" [com.webobjects.directtoweb.Assignment]

Also, make sure there actually is an "aboveDisplayPropertyKeys" section on the 
page level. It's missing from some modern look components.
