Thank you David, John,

Tested and found out that the first deployment on a fresh server works fine 
with migrations. Uninstall WAR Application, delete Tables, Install again - 
start - no migrations are executed  ;-(
Glassfish, Websphere same behavior ...


Why? Confused ;-(
