Yep. See. In that build.properties file you do *not* have a wolips.properties 
entry.

 If you don’t have it in there, the only place Ant will look for it is in:

~/Library/Application Support/WOLips/wolips.properties

Where did you get the wolips.properties file from that you attached earlier?
