The El-Capitan installer un-installed WebObjects for me and then refused to re-install from the 5.4.3 package until I disabled System Integrity Protection (start the computer up in recovery mode, open a terminal and enter “csrutil disable”). Probably due to the Installer attempting to modify /System/Frameworks. Yay.
