Also, I think a file named “wolips.543.properties” is a legacy arrangement you 
would only need if you had a development environment with multiple versions of 
WO and had required separate properties for each version. This is also the only 
reason you would need a /Library/WebObjects/Versions.

I think this is arrangement is pretty unlikely for …. I don’t know, nearly 
everyone these days.

The file should simply be wolips.properties.
