Thanks for the quick answer.

Yes, I used git from the command line (git version 2.5.4 (Apple Git-61)) with 
the command:

        git clone git://github.com/wocommunity/wonder.git WonderSource

The only thing I didn’t reinstall is Eclipse and WOLips, which were updated 
through Eclipse’s “Help” > “Check for Updates” menu item. Everything else is 
freshly downloaded.

I use this software site for WOLips on Eclipse: 
http://jenkins.wocommunity.org/job/WOLips44/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/temp/dist/
 . The version I have installed now is: 4.4.20160626.51
