Hi Hugi,
When I import projects, I use the root directory and bring in the p2,
product, and importantly, the target platform. The target platform is a
bit like the OSGI version of a pom file. It tells an eclipse plugin
project where to look for dependencies. That way you don't need an
ECLIPSE_HOME with all the right versions of every plugin installed. The
build may work without a target platform if the local eclipse you are
running is compatible enough, but my process is,
Import projects on the root working directory, import almost everything
(except the WO project templates, which aren't really projects), update
maven on the root project and let that do its thing. Then if/when there
are still red Xs on a few things, the secret trick is to open eclipse
preferences and select the wolips target platform in there. I noticed I
have to do this for my WOLips workspace every time I update eclispe.
So anyway, that's probably why you don't see the wolips-wolips thing.
Imported wrong directory. Or maybe you named your cloned repo dir
something other than wolips.
I'm thinking about building an Eclipse Cheat Sheet plugin for WOLips
contributions. That way, you can just do something like Help -> Cheat
Sheets... and then select Contribute to WOLips and have it just walk you
though the workspace setup for run/debugging WOLips locally.

I'm trying to take a little peek at WOlips's internals, i.e. running it for development
inside the Eclipse plugin development environment. I used to have the pre-5 plugin
running, but I'm not managing to run the upgraded version, by following the instructions
under "Develop WOLips under Eclipse" at https://github.com/wocommunity/wolips .
As per the instructions, I've switched to "Eclipse for committers" (rather than
"Eclipse IDE for RCP and RAP Developers" that I used before), but I'm stalled at
importing and running the project.
I've tried to import projects (tried picking a few projects and combinations) and run a few maven builds but
I can't find the "wolips_wolips" directory mentioned in the instructions and can't find any header
"Testing" when right-clicking the wolips plugin's "plugin.xml" so yeah… Kind of lost.
My Eclipse plugin development experience is less than limited, and I imagine
it's actually simple to do — so I'm obviously doing something stupid.
Here's a video proof of a botched attempt, in case what I'm doing wrong might
seem immediately obvious.

Any pointers in the right dierction would be appreciated.
Cheers,
