1. After upgrading from WO3.5.1 to WO4.0 on WinNT sp4, Monitor raises an
exception when trying to start:

Monitor[115] The applicationPath:
                D:\Apple\Library\WebObjects\Applications\Monitor.woa
Monitor[115] The applicationBasURL: /WebObjects/Monitor.woa
Monitor[115] Creating adaptor of class WODefaultAdaptor listening on port -1
                with a listen queue size of 5
Monitor[115] Running in single threaded mode
Monitor[115] *** <WOApplicationMain>: Cannot initialize because:
        *** -[NSConcreteDictionary initWithObjects:forKeys:count:]:
                attempt to insert nil value

2. In addition, the other apps (ProjectBuilder, WebObjectsBuilder, etc) all
come up with the splash screen and hang. Don't know where to look for errors,
but the hanging is probably related to the reason Monitor can't run...

Thanks for any ideas of what to look at...

Mark

ps - FWIW, the Monitor defaults all appear normal:

Monitor[115] The WO-specific defaults are: {
    NSProjectSearchPath = (../..);
    WOAdaptor = WODefaultAdaptor
    WOAdditionalAdaptors = ();
    WOApplicationBaseURL = /WebObjects;

    WOIncludeCommentsInResponse = YES;
    WOListenQueueSize = 5;
    WOLoadFrameworks = ();
    WOMonitorEnabled = NO;
    WOMonitorHost = Undefined;
    WOPort = "-1";
    WOResourceRequestHandlerKey = wr;
    WOSMTPHost = smtp;
