 Here are two:

1.
  I would look at the Page source out of your WO App, and then just 
have the JavaScript go to the url specified in the location of where 
you want to go. That is, the action you have in your page translates 
to a URL, so you can just go to that URL, and WO won't be able to 
tell if it was clicking on a hyperlink, or selecting from the popup.

2.

Rather then use a WOPopup, use a regular popup, and build it up the 
hard way with WORepitition and WOString. In onChange() for the popup, 
you can then do whatever you want. For the value, you'll need to 
shove that into a hidden text field so that WO can get at it.

  (I'm not a WO expert (yet!), but I am pretty versed in JavaScript. 
If you send me the source to your page after its been generated by 
WO, I might have some other ideas.)
