Speaking of WOStats, I know I can block the stats on my own apps by catching
the direct action, but what about Monitor? I do not necessarily want the
whole world to connect to my Monitor and get my stats. Is there an easy was
to close this hole?

Do you have a web server running? Look like you don't (and are relying
solely on 'DirectConnect' to vend pages).
To see stats you can always do:
http://localhost:<PORTNUMBER>/cgi-bin/WebObjects/<YOURAPP>.woa/wa/WOStats
