Changing frame from a button

Hello.
First of all I would like to thank all the people who helped me the last
time. However, I have a new problem...

How do I change frames if I want to do use a button instead of a
hyperlink? I know that I can set a "target" attribute when I use a
hyperlink, but that does not work with a button. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
