The machine "ftp-server" has been shut down to anonymous ftp. Use ftp.apple.com
instead. I think what you're looking for is this:
ftp://ftp.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/MultiCountry/Enterprise/webobjects/examples/File_Upload_Example.compressed
Note, all the Enterprise files on ftp.apple.com are referenced through the Tech Info
Library at http://til.info.apple.com. In this case,
http://til.info.apple.com/techinfo.nsf/artnum/n72505.
