Think, youre looking for the technical stuff. Cant help there. Im just
beginning with all of it and needed goog books as well. So I went to
Frankfurt, where there is a very good bookstore for computational issues,
notably Staak + Beinrich, Brauhausstrae (its maximum one dozen of shops
like this all over Germany).
I bought the title Developing Business Applications with OpenStep from
Peter Clark and Nik Gervae. It was printed at Springer, 1997, ISBN
0-387-94852-X. So, its not the hottest stuff and it defintely contains no
single class method description. The technical knowledge inside this book
comes from Peter Clark, Nik Gervaes writing is very pleasant to read. The
books issues sixteen chapters in three parts: OpenStep, Business Apps and
Development Topics. I was fine with this book.
In suggested readings, they mention another title to come soon: OpenStep
for Enterprises from Nancy Craighill at John Wiley & Sons. Authors didnt
give their email adress, so they cant be asced whether there is something
in the pipeline. Consider using one of the real good search engines for
books on the web. As product names have changed constantly to disturb
customers youll have to try really many times I think.
