That's an uncaught C++ exception. One of your index is corrupted for some reason. To 
fix the problem reindex your documentation by running 
"/System/Library/WebObjects/Executables/WOInfoIndexer [-Verbose YES]".

Where did you get WO 4.0.1 from? As far as I know it's not a shipping product as of 
yet. Is that a CD-R you got from some unnamed source at Apple? If it is you are likely 
to be the proud owner of a bogus version of 4.0.1. You see, there was 2 set of CDs 
build for 4.0.1. The first set was defective and created the bug you see. If somebody 
gave this CD to you he should be shot ;^).

So take the CD, put it in the trash and do like everybody else on this list: wait for 
your official upgrade.
