  No, and nor does any other tool. UML isn't a format, its a way of 
doing a diagram. That is UML says "associations will be indicated by 
a circle and a line". In fact, UML doesn't have an E-R specification.

  I'm not big on E-R, so I don't no if there is a standard file 
format for "E-R" diagrams, but I doubt it.

  However, EOModeler can create and print E-R diagrams.

  #1 advantage for PeopleSoft: There's an Advis PeopleSoft->WebObjects adaptor.
