Yaa, I know a lot of people that get this. It has to do with how
you view the content of the message, as HTML or plain text.
If you send something, always send it as plain text and you never have
problems, if you are reading it, mess with the preferences, there is
something there I think that handles this.
I remember, I couldn't read anything from my CEO when he
switched to Netscape because he sent everything as both
HTML and plain text and the Netscape Browser didn't seem
to know what to do with it.
