When you print the DiagramView on Windows, a print panel comes up. On
that panel in the upper right is a button: "Properties". Click that. You
will see another panel. Goto the 'Advanced' tab. You will see (at least
for the PS printer on my net), a property called 'Scaling' under
'Graphic'. Click on Scaling and dial up a lower % than 100 which is the
default.

I'm sorry this doesn't answer the other diagramming things you wanted
but the engineering that went into EOModeler stressed OO-to-RDBMS
mapping ahead of diagraming. Why not just continue to use ERWin for your
diagram documentation if that is meeting your needs?
