Creating Databases

I am just getting started with WebObjects.  I am trying to create a 
database using OpenBase Lite.  When I create the model and run the SQL to 
create the files, I get the message that OpenBase Lite doesn't support 
creation of database files from SQL.  How can I create a new database?
