eoutil != EOUtilities
EOUtilities is a category of EOEditingContext which adds some methods which
make it easier to fetch objects.
Eoutil is a command line utility for importing and exporting data to and
from a database using EOF. It can be found in WOF 4.0 at:
/Apple/Developer/Examples/EnterpriseObjects/SetupWizard.app/Resources/eoutil
.exe
It's used by the SetupWizard to load example data into a database.

EOUtilities.m is already included. The java version I would imagine is just
the Java wrapping.
