cache problem...

Does anyone know how to wipe out the cache in a browser? If I go  
several time to my WO App then I got the message:
session has timeout... click here to reenter. The problem is that I  
sometime have to click on the reenter link like 5 times to finally  
see the first page of my app. Is there any way to avoid that and  
force the client browser to load again the new app and not an old  
instance of if? Thanks by advance.
