Actually, without the ExecCGI, you should have got a 500 error and not
the source code. Thus there is something else not right about your
overall configuration.
You are probably doing it the first way recommended in the document.
For example:
WSGIScriptAlias /code.py "C:/Program Files/Apache Software
Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs/code.py"
As long as access to the htdocs directory is enabled, should just
work.
