For mod_wsgi, make sure you read: http://code.google.com/p/modwsgi/wiki/ReloadingSourceCode
If using embedded mode you need to restart Apache when code changes are made. If using 2.0c4 and daemon mode, enable process reloading and touch the WSGI script file to force application reload.
