So far, it's a welcome friend.
It lets you use any of the most popular frameworks  (including webpy
and for free).
However its built-in framework, webapp, is *VERY* similar to webpy.

Anyway, webpy still has the advantage of being independent of
GoogleApp (OTOH, "webapp" only works with GoogleApp).
