I run http://ibraining.com with webpy0.3 on Google app engine. nearly 10000 pageviews by day ... No troubles at all ...
But be carefull ... use a webpy 0.3 which works FOR YOU, and don't try to update webpy regularly, because it's not a production ready release. So sometimes an update could break something ... For me, I had updated webpy and web.application was broken ... (but corrected the next day).
