Thanks. I notice however that you changed the content type from application/xhtml+xml to text/html. May I ask why you did this? It makes the patch kind of pointless since there isn't a difference between .html and .xhtml files. I created this patch because I specifically want XHTML files served as application/xhtml+xml.
