Anand has put a monkey-patch to the "slow CSS" issue. What I did is to
put this patch in a file on my development branch and something along
the lines of
try:
import httppatch
except ImportError:
web.debug('WARNING: If you are using windows, you need to use the
patch or CSS delivery will be slow')
in my main file. Worked fine this way.
