It doesnt fix the problem i already sent you the reason why it doesnt
and gave you a patch to fix it but you dint get the patch in

The patch i proposed
new render_cheetah
http://pastie.org/504955

old render_cheetah [#include doesnt work]
http://pastie.org/504958

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/924051/how-do-we-setup-cheetah-so-it-runs-with-all-templates-in-the-templates-directory
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/919539/how-do-we-precompile-base-templates-in-cheetah-so-that-include-extends-and-im

Options for cheetah users of webpy
1. add cheetah.py back to webpy
2. add the new render_cheetah patch
or resolve this so cheetah is usable from webpy in dynamic or precompiled
