Yep, ive noticed many pages with vandalism not reverted, i didn't actually check whether i could revert, i just assumed editing would only be for registered users and spam bots were signing up. If in fact you don't need to sign up to edit articles then it just becomes a never ending battle against spammers and vandalism.
If i though fixed pages wouldn't be spammed again a week later i would help clean them up. It looks pretty unprofessional to have the website half functioning due to spam edits. Its a simple fix...
