Hi,
few minutes ago i've upgraded a link to download lastest version
(0.33) of web.py in installation page.
I want to propose a simple solution to avoid the need to update
links:
why you don't release lastest version of web.py as "web.py-
lastest.tar.gz"?

So every time you need just to upgrade this file and add the "web.py-
x.xx.tar.gz" to allow users to download previous versions.

Pro: we write the documentation refering to there link (lastest) and
users are always sure to download the lastest version.
Cons: ?? -i don't know

Greetings,
Alessandro.
