i'm currently using this (without the if and it works):
$def with (title, name, results, count)
    $var title:$title
    $var name:$name
    $var count:$count

    There are $count results found.
<ul>
    $for result in results:
    <li>
    <b> $result</b>
    </li>
</ul>
$count Search Results were found.
