Hello. I am using the latest ( 0.34 ) web.py version. This version is bundled with CherryPy 3.1.2. This CherryPy version contains bug( http://www.cherrypy.org/ticket/951 ), which prevents downloading file via curl utility. The bug was fixed in CherryPy 3.2rc1 version.
