Howdy!

For delivering rich mail I use TurboMail[1] (and the work-in-progress marrow.mailer[2]).

150 custom messages per second is nothing to sneeze at.  ;)

Marrow Mailer is the new version with substantially broader support for mail delivery transports, the ability to get notified if messages are successfully delivered (to the underlying transport) or not, has a cleaner API, and allows multiple running configurations (no global configuration).
