I tried, but I still getting the same error:

% spawn-fcgi -a 127.0.0.1 -p 9002 -f "/home/lbfm/www/lbfm_web/index.py
fcgi" -d /home/lbfm/www
spawn-fcgi: child exited with: 127

In this part I got an error, and I realized that my files contains the
windows end line format, for that reason I got the error. So, I
modified the file and now works.
