Questions pertaining to web.py belong here and not directly to me. I'm relatively new to Python and web.py myself and definitely do not fall into the expert category yet. The problem you faced wasn't really specific to web.py, but a side effect of running your web.py application. Other questions about networking / systems administration / et cetera certainly don't belong in here, but you might find similar groups where those questions would be appropriate, or might find your answers on something like Stack Overflow.
