Reading the cookbook, I see samples with a simple field in the
form for to do a upload, but in my case, I have a situation where my
website have a form and in this form, the new candidate put your name,
your mail, a message and attach your resume.
I'm trying build this solution unsuccessfully.
does anyone have a sample code like this?
