I'm having an issue with URL encoding of URL parameters. An example URL for my web.py app is: http://localhost/foo.py?AppName=notepad++.exe
When I access AppName using web.input(), the result is "notepad .exe" (the two plus signs have been converted to spaces). It's not possible to change the incoming URL parameters at the source.
