At this time, OS.org is still the site for the development of 
OpenSolaris. We are working with the Project Indiana folks to make sure 
that when they launch it will be clear to end-users where they need to 
go to get the distro. At this point it's still up in the air as to where 
and how the new distro will be hosted.
