I seem to be waiting a bit here to get sponsorship for getting started in ON
coding.  I'll step up unless someone else can get to it within the next 24
hours...

I haven't looked at the schema yet, but I assume the usernames and passwords
should be somewhat deterministic and the rest of the fields can or should be
fairly random?

I'm also wondering if we need a separate website-dev mailing list, or
> should we just continue using website-discuss?


Can we wait until the traffic warrants it?  There is a plethora of
subdivision for OS.o lists already.
