I'm pretty sure we would have to do both to make OpenID work.
(Otherwise the existing database is pretty much useless for third
party websites that want to join the OpenSolaris family.).

As far as coding is concerned, if you can put together a RFP,
detailing man hours and skills required, we can see if someone is
willing to sponsor a resource to do the work.. (Or if a volunteer
wants to do the work).
