And the same for every forum where there's an applicable project or community page, of course. Indeed, if the project or community that a forum was associated with also had a wiki, a link to that might be good as well. More generally, I think all the different presentations of info (forums, wiki, static page, or anything else) for a given project or community ought to be easily reachable from one another, so as to encourage focus, avoid the need to go hunting for those, and avoid redundant questions.
